Fantastic restaurant - such a welcoming atmosphere and reception from Gaz and his team. Beautiful decor, from cosy corners, perfect for date night to larger tables and spaces for family meals and groups. The food is delicious - with an a la carte menu and banquet available. The banquet at £pp is great value. Shah our waiter was fantastic, so attentive and looked after us well - especially our two young kids! The baby naans for kids were a lovely touch! Highly recommend, and although we are in MK, we have happily said we would make Dipalee Lounge our go to Indian from now on! Customer service is everything and Dipalee lounge really were exceptional Kid-friendliness: Great value kids menu. Gaz also prepared some free cucumber and carrot for our month old.

First time here as on vacation. Ordered a chicken thali and a vegan thali for collection. The vegetarian thali can be easily made for vegan.Normally, a thali is like a TV dinner with small portions. However, the thali from Dipalee Lounge was plentiful. Each dish was in a separate container. Poppadoms, nan bread and rice included. So each thali was more than a enough for several meals. Food was absolutely delicious and piping hot.We didn't have to wait long for the food. Highly recommended, it's a shame they are not local to us.

Passing through Buckingham on a sightseeing trip, dinner wanted for (ages to ) called in on the offchance to see if there was a table (//) luckily there was. From the greetings when we entered to the goodbyes when we left, the service was exemplary, the food and the choices were fantastic, our waiter Shah was very friendly as were the other staff members we spoke to, couldn't fault the whole experience. / Could overhear the patrons at a nearby table one of whom had dairy and peanut allergies, the member of staff taking their order was thoroughly explaining the menu to them and advising on suitable foods. Great customer service.Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I was the only vegetarian in our group and with a gluten issue I played it safe and went with vege curry and chips but I could see there were plenty of other options for me too.Fish fingers and chips on the childrens menu was perfect for my grandaughter.

Had very high expectation from other reviews. The food was not authentic to the name of the dish and felt it was under cooked. It was a dine in experience andthe service was good but could have been better as there were just tables occupied and we had to nudge them to get us the check.Price was reasonably good. We were lucky to find a parking spot in front of the restaurant.
